Wide Angle Telephoto AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 35-70mm f/2.8?

I use this lens on my D40 with the measurement matrix is a non-D lens and AF even if I am receiving excellent results I was wondering if I can see no difference with the matrix measure if they were version D. I get a lot of mixed reviews. I ask out of curiosity. I put it on the D40 yesterday and really makes a big difference not only in quality image, but the overall feel of the camera is stronger.

If my memory is correct Nikon measuring, you still get matrix metering, but no 3-D matrix metering. For 99.9% of situations, there will be no difference at all. In other words, you're unlikely to see a difference measurement. You may be more likely to see the difference in flash photos in which they attempt to reconcile the backlight illumination of the main subject that flash / camera must be the "D" information, but otherwise, I think you have a good goal.

5.Shutter Lag:
Shutter lag is the time between pressing the camera button to take a picture and when the image is actually recorded.
